By accessing or using the Stone Intelligence platform ("Service"), operated by Sureshine Care and Restoration Services, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stone Intelligence is a subscription-based web platform that provides natural stone research data, application recommendations, care instructions, downloadable guides, and connections to certified stone care professionals through the Sureshine Service Network. The platform is intended for informational and educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers a paid subscription at $19.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Informational Purposes Only

All stone data, recommendations, care instructions, and guides provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, warranties, or guarantees regarding any specific stone, application, or outcome. Natural stone varies by slab, quarry, and supplier. Always consult with a qualified stone professional before making purchasing or installation decisions.

6. Sureshine Service Network

The Service may connect you with stone care professionals through the Sureshine Service Network. These professionals are independent contractors or affiliates, not employees of Sureshine Care and Restoration Services, Inc. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by Service Network members, except where directly performed by Sureshine.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, data, guides, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sureshine Care and Restoration Services, Inc. You may download guides for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on stone data or recommendations provided through the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
